Suffocating in silence,
Consumed by darkness.
No one will understand,
The anguish they withstand.
Hidden within those eyes,
Their sorrowful tale lies.
Not one soul will take heed,
To what they really need.
They wish to be good,
Never to be rude.
But they lack faith,
So they always crave.
They hope to succeed,
But nothing takes seed.
They can never win,
Against the storm's wind.
Vain are their tears,
As none hears,
Their angered cries.
Sanity abused, now dies.
They wish not for pity,
But for the two to be in unity.
So that they may please both,
At the guidance of a dove.
